XL Rides的遊樂設備價格是多少？
價格從兒童設備約5,000美元到大型刺激類設備和巨型摩天輪的50萬美元以上不等。成本取決於尺寸、載客量、主題客製和選配項。寄來您考慮的機型，我們24小時內回覆工廠報價。
最低起訂量是多少？
沒有MOQ——歡迎單台訂購。經銷商可在同一貨櫃混裝多個機型，獲得更優運費和階梯價格。
生產週期多長？
標準機型：訂金和圖紙確認後30–60天。大型或重主題客製設備：90–120天。旺季檔期有限——具體排期在報價單中確認。
設備符合CE標準嗎？
我們的設備按符合CE要求的標準設計製造：材料認證、焊縫NDT檢測、符合CE要求的電氣和完整技術文件。出貨前歡迎第三方檢驗（TÜV、SGS、BV）。
可以客製主題和顏色嗎？
可以——主題客製是我們的強項。我們自製客製玻璃纖維雕塑、裝飾面板、配色方案、卡通形象和燈光。效果圖在投產前經您確認。
設備如何運輸？
設備拆解為適櫃模組並海運包裝。每款機型標明貨櫃需求（如1×40’HC），我們按FOB、CIF或DDP發運至大多數國際港口。
能協助在我國安裝嗎？
可以。每台設備隨附基礎圖紙、手冊和電氣圖。我們可派英語工程師現場督導或統包安裝，並提供操作培訓和調試。
地基和場地準備怎麼辦？
大多數家用和旋轉類設備採用自支撐底座，只需平整混凝土台面。大型設備（雲霄飛車、塔類、摩天輪）提供經計算的基礎圖紙。寄來場地平面圖——下單前為您核實。
支援什麼電壓和頻率？
380V/415V/220V，50或60 Hz——按您的當地標準配置，不收取額外工程費。詢價時註明國家即可。
提供什麼保固和售後？
12個月結構保固和終身技術支援。每台設備含啟動備品包，原廠備品在整個使用壽命內持續供應。支援管道：WhatsApp、郵件和視訊通話。
下單前可以參觀工廠嗎？
當然——歡迎來鄭州驗廠。若不便出行，我們提供即時視訊看廠：焊接、玻璃纖維成型、總裝和測試全程直播。

合作。我們為經銷商提供區域保護、階梯價格、行銷素材和混櫃方案。歡迎帶上您的市場和銷售計劃來談。
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T to start production, 70% balance against photos of the finished ride before shipment. L/C and other terms are negotiable for established partners.
How much space do I need — and can you help plan my park?
Every product page lists footprint and recommended area. Send us your site dimensions or plan and our engineers will return a free layout proposal showing which rides fit, plus capacity estimates for your venue.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
It depends on container volume (listed per ride in the quote), destination port and current freight rates. We compare shipping lines for you and can quote FOB Qingdao/Ningbo, CIF to your port, or DDP door-to-door.
Do you provide operator training and manuals?
Yes. Each ride comes with English operation and maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and training videos. On-site operator training can be arranged together with the installation service.
What spare parts are included with a ride?
Every ride ships with a starter kit of high-wear parts: bearings, belts, bulbs and fuses. Because everything is made in-house, replacement parts can be shipped from stock at factory prices for the life of the ride.
Can the rides operate in extreme climates?
Yes. We adapt materials and electrics for tropical heat, coastal salt air, desert dust or cold winters — tell us your climate when requesting a quote and we configure the ride accordingly.
How do I start an order?
Four steps: 1) Send us your shortlist and site info (form, email or WhatsApp). 2) Receive the itemized quote within 24 h. 3) Approve design drawings and pay the deposit. 4) Production starts — you get progress photos and videos until shipment.
What documents do you provide for customs clearance?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and product manuals — everything your customs broker needs. Test reports and material certificates are available on request.
