Frequently Asked Questions

Everything buyers ask before ordering amusement rides from China — pricing, lead time, customization, shipping, installation and after-sales.

How much does an amusement ride from XL Amusement Ride cost?

Roughly $5,000–$30,000 for kids and family rides, $30,000–$150,000 for mid-size attractions, and $150,000–$500,000+ for large rides such as a 40M+ Ferris wheel or coaster. Send us your shortlist and we return an itemized factory quote within 24 hours on working days.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no MOQ — single-unit orders are welcome. Dealers and distributors can mix several ride models in one container to maximize shipping value.

What is the production lead time?

Standard models: 30–60 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Large or heavily themed attractions: 60–90 days. We confirm the exact schedule in writing before you pay.

Do your rides meet CE standards?

Our rides are designed and manufactured to CE-aligned standards: certified materials, coded welders with NDT inspection, and 24–72 h load testing before shipment. Third-party inspection (TÜV, SGS, BV) is welcome at any production stage.

Can you customize the theme, colors and size?

Yes — theming is our strength. Fiberglass sculptures, color schemes, logos and lighting are produced in-house. Dimensions and capacity can also be customized; final drawings are approved by you before production starts.

How are the rides shipped?

Rides are disassembled into container-optimized modules with sea-worthy packing. Required container quantities (20GP/40HQ) are pre-calculated in your quotation. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP as you prefer.

Do you help with installation in my country?

Yes. Every ride ships with foundation drawings, installation manuals and electrical diagrams. We can also send an English-speaking supervisor or an engineer team to your site — ask for the option in your quote.

What kind of foundation or site preparation is needed?

Most family and rotating rides sit on self-supporting bases that only need a flat concrete slab. Large rides (coasters, towers, Ferris wheels) come with engineered foundation drawings for your local contractor.

What voltage and frequency do the rides support?

380V, 415V or 220V at 50 or 60 Hz — we match your local standard at no extra engineering cost. Special requirements (generators, solar hybrid) can be discussed.

What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?

12-month structural warranty and lifetime technical support. Every ride includes a spare-parts starter kit, video troubleshooting, and lifetime supply of replacement parts from our factory.

Can I visit your factory before ordering?

Absolutely — we welcome client audits at our Zhengzhou plant. If travel is difficult, we do live video factory tours and share audit documentation before you commit.

Do you work with distributors and dealers?

Yes. We support distributors with protected territories, tiered pricing, marketing materials and priority production scheduling. Contact us with your market and business plan.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T to start production, 70% balance against photos of the finished ride before shipment. L/C and other terms are negotiable for established partners.

How much space do I need — and can you help plan my park?

Every product page lists footprint and recommended area. Send us your site dimensions or plan and our engineers will return a free layout proposal showing which rides fit, plus capacity estimates for your venue.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

It depends on container volume (listed per ride in the quote), destination port and current freight rates. We compare shipping lines for you and can quote FOB Qingdao/Ningbo, CIF to your port, or DDP door-to-door.

Do you provide operator training and manuals?

Yes. Each ride comes with English operation and maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and training videos. On-site operator training can be arranged together with the installation service.

What spare parts are included with a ride?

Every ride ships with a starter kit of high-wear parts: bearings, belts, bulbs and fuses. Because everything is made in-house, replacement parts can be shipped from stock at factory prices for the life of the ride.

Can the rides operate in extreme climates?

Yes. We adapt materials and electrics for tropical heat, coastal salt air, desert dust or cold winters — tell us your climate when requesting a quote and we configure the ride accordingly.

How do I start an order?

Four steps: 1) Send us your shortlist and site info (form, email or WhatsApp). 2) Receive the itemized quote within 24 h. 3) Approve design drawings and pay the deposit. 4) Production starts — you get progress photos and videos until shipment.

What documents do you provide for customs clearance?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and product manuals — everything your customs broker needs. Test reports and material certificates are available on request.
